The Trenté, fruit of a passion and testimony of its designer's long experience, was conceived for music lovers, for those attentive to musical phrasing and to the true range of timbres.
All its parameters, electrical, mechanical and geometrical, have been thoroughly optimized. Its rich and dense reproduction, its freedom and its extreme refinement make it a precious accomplice to music, which the Trenté serves without ever trying to show off.

BASS/MEDIUM
6.7" diameter injected Zamac basket, pure aerogel compound cone treated with viscoelastic resins; double peripheral surround ideally guiding the moving coil without rolling effects and providing damping that increases in proportion to the cone's displacement amplitude.
Acoustically transparent central dust cap with tuned rear cavity for an optimal transient response; magnet pole pieces treated by deposit of zinc for optimal conduction of high temperatures; perfect symmetry of the magnetic flux thanks to a forged pole piece and very thick field plates.
Double magnet system, double edgewound copper coil monted onto a fiberglass reinforced kapton voice coil former; vented rear spider and gold-plated connectors.
TWEETER
Very sophisticated in its conception, the Trenté's tweeter is a genuine breakthrough, 1.1'' polyamide cone, anti vortex phase plug uncoupled from the magnetic core, peripheral compression chamber controlling the amplitude of displacements of the cone, ferro-fluid air gap, double magnet system.
CROSSOVER
1st and 2nd order (6 and 12 dB/octave) design ensures a perfect transition between the two loudspeaker units with excellent phase response ; Crossover frequencies at 1200 and 3800 Hz.
Treble/medium crossover in a serial configuration, hand-wound pure copper air coils, tin armature capacitors for the tweeter, silver/copper thread wiring under kapton protection.
LOUDSPEAKER SYSTEM
Tuned triangular transmission line with slim event port; the absence of internal parallel sides eliminates stationary waves formation and allows to limit the quantity of damping materials which can diminish the clarity and life of musical reproduction.
Machined in medium wood assembly under pressure in order to guarantee optimal rigidity of the cabinet; rounded edges reduce diffraction effects.
