Warranty
The equipment you have just purchased has been manufactured with the utmost care and benefits from a warranty covering both parts and labor (excluding outbound and return shipping costs).
The standard warranty period is three years and is extended to five years for the original purchaser, provided that this form is fully completed and validated within one week of the date of purchase.
Failure to comply with our warranty conditions will result in the cancellation of the warranty.
In all cases, our warranty does not cover any damage resulting from electronic malfunctions, even intermittent ones, including but not limited to the presence of direct current, or operation under clipping conditions leading to the burning or damage of the voice coils.
The warranty offered by your retailer cannot under any circumstances replace or extend the manufacturer’s warranty.
When returning loudspeakers or components for repair, whether under warranty or out of warranty, a paper copy of the warranty card bearing the retailer’s stamp (photocopy accepted), or a printed copy of this validated form, must be included.
