Warranty
The equipment you have purchased has been manufactured with the utmost care.
JMR provides a three-year commercial warranty covering parts and labour, excluding outbound and return shipping costs.
This warranty is extended free of charge to five years for the original purchaser, provided that this form is fully completed and submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
Failure to register the product within this period does not affect the initial three-year commercial warranty, but the product will not qualify for the five-year extended warranty.
The JMR warranty does not cover damage resulting from abnormal use or from a malfunction of electronic equipment connected to the loudspeakers, including the presence of direct current or prolonged operation of an amplifier under clipping conditions, which may damage or destroy the voice coils.
Any warranty offered separately by the retailer cannot replace the JMR warranty or modify its terms.
When loudspeakers or components are returned for repair, whether under warranty or outside the warranty period, a copy of the warranty card bearing the retailer’s stamp or a copy of the registration confirmation generated by this form must accompany the product or components concerned.
Any applicable statutory warranties remain fully unaffected.
